Overview

Web Starts Here Launch is a structured do-it-yourself website launch platform. These terms describe how accounts, Launch Kits and launch workspaces are intended to be used. They work alongside the Launch Kit License Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

Accounts

• Accounts are currently created by Web Starts Here. Public signup is not open.
• An account is for the person or business it was issued to; keep sign-in details private.
• Your account must remain in good standing to keep using the platform.

Launch Kit access

• Access to a Launch Kit is granted per industry.
• Access to one Launch Kit does not include the other Launch Kits.
• One-time purchase. No recurring Web Starts Here Launch subscription is required for a purchased Launch Kit.
• Ongoing access to your purchased Launch Kit while your account remains in good standing and the Web Starts Here Launch platform continues to be operated.

Acceptable use

• Use Launch Kit materials for your own licensed business, as described in the license.
• Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, white-label or repackage Launch materials.
• Do not use Launch materials to deliver websites for unrelated client businesses.

The website you build

The website you lawfully create for your licensed business is yours to keep operating; it does not depend on maintaining a Launch subscription.

Purchasing

Purchasing is not open. No payment processing is enabled and no checkout exists on this site today. When purchasing opens, the applicable price, license terms and refund policy will be presented for affirmative acceptance before any payment.

Changes

These terms are versioned. The version you accept at purchase time is recorded and preserved even if a later version is published.

Items reserved for legal review

• Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution — reserved for counsel.
• Warranty, liability and indemnity wording — reserved for counsel.
• Enforcement remedies — reserved for counsel. None are stated here.
